Library Resources for Faculty
Library services support not only students but faculty as well. Instructors can take advantage of course reserves, request new materials, explore open educational resources (OERs), schedule instruction sessions, and consult with librarians for research or curriculum support, and more. Reach out to the librarian on your campus!

Emeritus Award
Begun in 2015, the award recognizes those retired and retiring faculty and staff who served lengthy careers of dedicated service to the college. To be considered, an individual must have served at least 15 years at EICC and made significant contributions to the college, communities and their disciplines or professions.

Employee Development Funds
The development of Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' faculty and staff is important to the teaching and learning mission of the college. The Chancellor has established two new funds to support ongoing education and training for employees: the Employee Educational Advancement Fund and the Employee Professional Development Fund.

The Chancellor’s Awards recognize outstanding faculty and staff whose work advances student success, strengthens the colleges, and brings our mission to life. Awards may be presented annually to individuals or teams for significant contributions, projects, or sustained efforts within the past one to three years.

Strategic Plan Grant Program
The Strategic Plan Grant Program supports innovative, measurable projects that advance and achieve EICC’s strategic priorities. Up to $100,000 in competitive funding is available for innovative initiatives that strengthen student success, support institutional effectiveness, and create meaningful impact across the district.
