The Chancellor oversees all activities and operations of EICC including Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges.

Records & Registration
We help you with everything from enrolling in that first class to accessing your transcripts after graduation.
We offer drop-in and scheduled tutoring on each campus, and online, too. You can also get a writing consultation via email.
High School Student?
Reach out to learn about our programs and how EICC can prepare you for a great career. We'll provide an overview on financial aid and scholarships, enrolling and the steps to sign up for classes. And, we love our campus facilities. Let us give you a tour.

Through our Career Academies, you build real-world experience while earning college credit. Finish a semester to a full year of college courses and pay nothing.
You can enroll and complete classes at your school, on one of our campuses, or online. The credits you earn count toward your EICC certificate, diploma, or degree, and your high school covers the cost.
If you took concurrent college classes with EICC while you were in high school, we've got a college scholarship waiting for you.
Records & Registration
We maintain your student records and course data, and verify grades and graduation requirements. Need to have your transcript evaluated or apply for graduation? Reach out and we'll help.
Stay connected after you graduate. Join your college Alumni Association. Attend events and catch-up with classmates. Volunteer as a mentor or represent your company at a job fair.
Let us review your resume, prep for an interview, and more. Use the job board to look for jobs, or post one. Even after your graduate, these services are available to you in-person or online.
EICC, as well as each of our colleges, has a foundation. Donations and volunteers support our students, who go on to strengthen our workforce and region.
