Admissions & Aid

Welcome to Your Next Big Step

We make this easy, starting with a simple, and free, application. Submit it and you’re officially in. Really.

We are proud to have an open admissions policy. Part of EICC's mission is to provide everyone with the opportunity to receive a remarkable education. Whether you are coming to us with a career goal, or just want to explore opportunities and realize your potential, we're here for you. Let's get started.

Ask Admissions

When we say we serve all students, we mean it. Whether you are in high school and want to get a head start on your college degree; a veteran or active duty military seeking to put tuition benefits to good use; have come to EICC from abroad or while attending another college, we welcome you. You’ve put your goals in great hands.

I’ve Applied. What’s Next?

Application, FAFSA, scholarships, transcripts—check. Now let's get your journey started.

We don't want you taking courses you don't need to, or to feel overwhelmed by a subject. Help us place you in the right English, reading, and math classes by submitting:

  • English & Reading: High school transcripts, ACT scores, SAT scores, or HiSET scores
  • Math: ACT score (with a math score of 22+), SAT score (with a math score of 500+)
  • Or you can complete the ALEKS math placement test through EICC

Learn More About Placement

Your academic advisor is your EICC guide. You get to meet them at registration and before the start of each semester. They will help you create a degree plan and register for classes. And you can lean on them, too. While you are together, take the opportunity to share your goals. Ask for guidance. Learn about student services, resources, and all the ways you can grow and excel at EICC.

Meet Your Advisor

Attend orientation. It's an interactive session, and you get pointers on how to be the best student possible, and how to have fun on campus while doing so. You learn about EICC technology resources and where to go to check your email, take online classes, pay your bill, and more.

Your Degree = Success

Planning to earn a bachelor’s? Start here, then transfer your credits or associate’s degree. Studies show community college students who transfer into a four-year do better than the students who started there as freshmen.
