Request for Proposal: Exterior Window Cleaning Services

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals to provide annual exterior window cleaning services for EICC facilities. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a three-year contract with a qualified contractor to perform exterior-only window cleaning during the summer months.

The selected contractor will provide professional cleaning services that maintain the appearance of EICC's campuses while minimizing disruption to college operations.

Request for Information: Managed Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions

Eastern Iowa Community College (EICC) is seeking information from qualified vendors that provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and associated professional services suitable for a public higher-education environment.

This RFI is intended to:

Conduct a structured market exploration
Understand capabilities, architectures, and implementation approaches
Evaluate fit within a complex, hybrid, evolving ecosystem
Inform potential next steps, including demonstrations, deeper technical discussions, and possible future procurement

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not obligate the institution to issue a contract or proceed with any vendor.
