Eastern Iowa Community Colleges – Roof Replacement Projects

  • Scott Community College Belmont Campus – Door Entrance #3
  • Muscatine Community College – Strahan Hall
  • Clinton Community College Main Campus

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for three separate roof replacement projects, (1) the SCC Door Entrance #3 (2) the MCC Strahan Hall and (3) the CCC Main Campus. The scope of each project is to remove and replace each of the existing roofs per the plans and specifications.  

  • The SCC Pre-Bid Meeting will be held onsite in conference room #2406, 500 Belmont Rd, Bettendorf, Iowa, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 10 a.m.  
  • The Pre-Bid Meeting for MCC, 152 Colorado Street, Muscatine, Iowa will be held onsite in conference room #15 (Strahan Hall) on June 24, 2024 at 10 a.m.  
  • The Pre-Bid Meeting for CCC will be held onsite in conference room #174 on June 24, 2024, at 2 p.m. 

Bids for all three projects are due no later than 1:30 pm, Monday, July 1, 2024. Sealed Bids should be submitted to: Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, Attention: Janet Foutch, 101 W 3rd St, Davenport, IA, 52801. With each bid, and in a separate envelope, submit a certified check or cashier’s check on a solvent bank, or bid bond, equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of maximum bid submitted and made payable without recourse to Eastern Iowa Community Colleges.  Bids will be opened and publicly read Monday, July 1, 2024, in room 116/117 at the Urban Campus, 101 W 3rd St, Davenport, IA, 52801.  Bid Opening will begin at 2 p.m. in the following order: SCC Door Entrance #3 Roof, MCC Strahan Hall Roof and CCC Main Campus Roof. Plans and specifications may be obtained from Master Builders of Iowa online plan room website located at mbionline.com. 

SCOTT COMMUNITY COLLEGE, DOOR #3 AREA

The Bid Date on the SCC Door #3 Roof Project has been moved to August 6, 2024, at 1 p.m.  All other bid information remains the same.  SCC Door #3 Roof Bids should be submitted to: Attn: Janet Foutch, Purchasing Specialist, SCC Urban Campus, 101 W 3rd St., Davenport, IA 52081. Addendum #2 will be released and posted to https://eicc.edu/about/public-bid-notices/ and Master Builders of Iowa Planroom no later than July 22, 2024.
