Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, Scott Community College, EMT Classroom Remodel
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its Scott Community College – EMT Classroom Remodel.
This project consists of remodeling the existing 2,400 square foot classroom space, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, walls, flooring, doors, ceiling, casework, and paint. Exterior work includes a new concrete stoop and new privacy fence.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Scott Community College Campus, 500 Belmont Road, Bettendorf, Iowa. Meet outside door #4.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Urban Campus – Attention: Janet Foutch, Purchasing, 101 West 3rd Street, Davenport, Iowa 52801. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.

Eastern Iowa Community College (EICC) is seeking information from qualified vendors that provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and associated professional services suitable for a public higher-education environment.
This RFI is intended to:
- Conduct a structured market exploration
- Understand capabilities, architectures, and implementation approaches
- Evaluate fit within a complex, hybrid, evolving ecosystem
- Inform potential next steps, including demonstrations, deeper technical discussions, and possible future procurement
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not obligate the institution to issue a contract or proceed with any vendor.
