Invitation to bid on Custodial Service Contracts at Scott Community College (SCC) - Belmont Campus, SCC Blong Technology Center, SCC Urban Campus, SCC West Davenport Center, EICC IT Offices at City Center, DeWitt CAC Building, CCC Maquoketa Center

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting sealed bids for Custodial Service Contracts for the following campuses: SCC-Belmont Campus, SCC Blong Technology Center, SCC-Urban Campus, SCC West Davenport Center, EICC IT Offices, DeWitt CAC Building, and the CCC Maquoketa Center.  Specifications for all sites, along with the bid form, can be found on below or by contacting Janet Foutch, Purchasing Specialist at: jkfoutchFREEEICC.  

The schedule of Pre Bid Site Visits are as follows: SCC Belmont (12/9/25 9:30 am -11:30 am), SCC Urban Campus & EICC IT Offices (12/9/25 1:00 pm-2:00 pm), SCC West Davenport Center (12/9/25 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm), Blong Technology Center (12/9/25 3:00  pm-4:00 pm), DeWitt CAC Building (12/10/25 9:00 am-9:30 am) and CCC Maquoketa Center (12/10/25 10:00 am-10:30 am).  Each bidder is expected to visit the site/s specified prior to bidding.  If you are unable to make the scheduled site visit time, please reach out to Corey Johnson, Director of Facilities at 563-336-3487 to schedule your visit.  Bids will be due by 1:00 pm on January 9, 2026, and should be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to: Eastern Iowa Community College-SCC Urban Campus, Attention: Janet Foutch, 101 W 3rd Street, Davenport, IA 52801.  Work is estimated to commence effective Monday, March 1, 2026.  EICC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Muscatine Community College - Musser Hall Demolition

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its Muscatine Community College – Musser Hall Demolition.

The project consists of demolition of an existing two-story wood-framed building and concrete foundations, disconnecting existing utilities, removal of existing sidewalks and paving, and site backfill and grading.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 25th, 2025, at Musser Hall, Muscatine Community College, 152 Colorado Street, Muscatine, Iowa.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 8th, 2025, at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Urban Campus – Attention: Janet Foutch, 101 West 3rd Street, Davenport, Iowa 52801. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.
