Strategic Plan Grant Program

The Strategic Plan Grant Program supports innovative, measurable projects that advance and achieve EICC’s strategic priorities. Up to $100,000 in competitive funding is available for innovative initiatives that strengthen student success, support institutional effectiveness, and create meaningful impact across the district.

EICC’s strategic plan is built on four interconnected pillars:

  • Student Success
  • Enrollment and Retention
  • Campus Climate and Efficiencies
  • Community Outreach and Engagement

Proposals that demonstrate a clear need and strong, intentional alignment with EICC’s strategic priorities and long-term vision will receive priority consideration. All projects should be grounded in data, research, past practice, or demonstrated need, and show how success will be measured over time.
