Jennifer Sabourin brings more than 21 years of progressive leadership experience in
higher education, with a focus on student success, enrollment management, and student
engagement. She currently serves as Vice President of Student Services and Athletics
at Gogebic Community College, where she leads a comprehensive student services division
that includes admissions, advising, TRiO and accessibility services, tutoring and
testing, veterans’ services, counseling, residence life, student conduct and Title
IX, student engagement, and athletics.

James Barrett has served as Vice President of Student Services at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin since 2017 and has more than 25 years of experience in higher education. Since October 2025, he has also served as Interim Vice President for Teaching and Learning. His professional expertise centers on enrollment management and student services, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and Guided Pathways frameworks to improve student outcomes.

Michael Beane is a higher education leader with more than 16 years of experience across three community college systems. He currently serves as Dean of Students at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, where he provides leadership for a broad portfolio of student services and oversees teams focused on advancing student access, success, and completion.
