CCC Phi Theta Kappa honor society donates blankets and holiday cards

The Clinton Community College Phi Theta Kappa honor society is again serving area veterans in 2023 by donating blankets and holiday cards to the Quad City Veteran Outreach Center.

The Easton Valley High School team is led by Coach Jenny Knutsen and includes Tyler Kunde, Lucas Kunde, Tyson Tubbs and Captain Nizhonia Schmidt.

“What do you plan to do with the rest of your life?” isn’t a question Shania Mussmann was prepared to answer after graduating high school. Nor is it a question she can answer today. But if you ask the recent EICC graduate a different question-- What can you do with your life? – she’s quick to answer. “I have endless options,” Mussmann said.

All Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) facilities will be closed Dec. 25 – Jan. 1 for winter break.Tuition and fees for the Spring term are due on Jan. 3. Spring classes begin Jan. 16.

Muscatine Community College Foundation Launches up to $50,000 Scholarship Initiative for EICC Agriculture Programs

The first 25 students who enroll full-time in any of Eastern Iowa Community College’s Agriculture degree programs will receive an automatic $2,000 scholarship to offset the cost of their education.

Seven of EICC’s manufacturing and skilled trades instructors are women, and they are teaching the next generation of welders, CNC machinists, auto and diesel mechanics, CDL drivers, and HVAC, health and safety, and supply chain and logistics professionals.
