It’s a fast-paced world, and you need to be ready for the next twist. As THE Community’s College, we’re rooting for the success of our local businesses — and we’re here to help you grow.

Our customized workforce training programs and microcredentials up-skill and re-skill your employees. And if you want to create your workforce of tomorrow, we can help with that, too.

Tools to Up-Skill & Right-Skill

One Size Doesn’t Have to Fit All

We offer certificate, diploma, and degree programs. As well as non-credit skilled training programs. However, if those programs aren't quite the right fit, let us know. We can create and provide customized training for your employees, and do it onsite at your business.

As Simple as 1, 2, 3

Interested in customized training?

  1. Meet with a staff member and share your exact needs.
  2. Work with us on a training plan — one that encompasses goals, information to be covered, training hours required, and a timeline for when it’ll take place.
  3. We deliver the training at your business or one of our convenient locations. Employers often choose to let us host the trainings to avoid workplace distractions. Or we can train employees on the specific equipment at your location.

What Kinds of Trainings Does EICC Offer?

We're always growing and learning. If we don't currently offer a training program for your specific needs, we'll work with you to develop it.
