Take the Survey
EICC  is asking  employers across the region to participate in a  Workforce Development and Training Survey. Your input is critical in helping us design relevant, high-quality training that meets  your evolving workforce demands.

Technology, demographics, and industry needs shift rapidly, and we are committed to listening, adapting, and responding—just as we’ve done for decades. EICC has trained thousands of skilled workers and supported  businesses with customized programs that deliver results.

“We know the workforce is changing – and fast. This survey is our way of listening, learning, and leaning into the needs of local businesses.”

– Ashlee Spannagel, Vice Chancellor of Workforce Development

What the Survey Covers:

This 15-minute survey is open to employers from all industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, transportation, education, agriculture, and more. It gathers input on:

  • Current and emerging employee training needs
  • Barriers to access
  • Preferred formats (online, hybrid, on-site)
  • In-demand skills and certifications
  • Interest in partnerships (customized training, apprenticeships, internships, advisory roles)

Your input  will directly inform how EICC builds programs, invests resources, and supports local workforce growth.

Why Your Voice Matters:

By completing the survey, you’ll help us:

  • Identify and close critical skill gaps
  • Improve access to relevant training
  • Enhance recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Strengthen the regional economy

Encourage colleagues in your company and industry peers to take the survey. Everyone who does and shares their contact information will be entered into a drawing for up to $5,000 in free training.
