How do I know if I am missing required documents?

• Log in to Self-Service and select Financial Aid.
• If you are missing documents you will see ‘Complete Required Documents’ in the middle of the page and in the checklist. Click on the link in either place.
  
  
• You will be directed to the ‘Required Financial Aid Documents’ page, where you will find a list of the documents we need from you. Please submit any documents that have a blank Status.
  
  
• If your documents require a signature, please print the page and sign by hand. We are not able to accept digital signatures on our forms at this time. 

How do I submit my required documents?

Submit your required documents to the Financial Aid Office in person, by mail, or by fax.
