Employee Assistance Program

EICC's Employee Emergency Assistance Fund was established to assist employees facing immediate, severe, and temporary financial hardship due to an emergency. The program is administered through PAS (Personal Assistance Services). PAS provides connections to counseling services, legal assistance, and much more.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement immediately upon hire. You may request reimbursement for courses you, your spouse, and any dependent child complete at Clinton, Muscatine, or Scott Community College. All requests must comply with established Administrative Policy.

Articulation Agreements

We have articulation agreements with BBellevue University, Capella University, Columbia Southern University, Franklin University, Upper Iowa University, and Western Governors University. These institutions offer discounts and scholarships to our employees.


Through our institutional membership with the Figge Art Museum, faculty, staff, and students receive the following:

  • Unlimited free admission with valid ID (college or State of Iowa).
  • Faculty may bring classes to the Figge without admission fees.
  • Free private guided tours to view permanent collections or special exhibitions.
  • Use of the auditorium and studios for art-related academic instruction (subject to availability).
  • 50% discount on museum facility rentals.
  • Museum updates via email.

Full-time employees are immediately eligible for State of Iowa employee discounts. You will recieve a State employee identification card to use as verification for discounts at various hotels and more. 

EICC and the YMCA have partnered to provide healthy living opportunities to all. Workplace wellness reduces stress, which lowers healthcare costs and leads to a more positive work environment. Full-time employees can join the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley for as low as:

  • Employee: $7 per month
  • Employee + 1: $19
  • Family: $36
