A modern event space surrounded by 15 acres of gardens. The Bickelhaupt Arboretum offers a newly renovated event space designed for both indoor and outdoor gatherings. 

  • Event Center | 2,033 sq. ft. 
    A bright, open room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the arboretum. Flexible layout for ceremonies, receptions, and seated events. Includes access to a catering kitchen. 
  • Outdoor Deck | 2,200 sq. ft. 
    A large composite deck with seating for up to 100 guests. Ideal for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and additional gathering space with views of the surrounding grounds. 
  • Featured Element 
    A glass floor installation built over the original pool footprint, featuring illuminated, hand-blown glass artwork from Hot Glass, Inc. in Davenport. Indoor and outdoor spaces connect seamlessly, giving you options throughout your event.

Bickelhaupt Arboretum Rental Options

Full-Day Rental | 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. 


Includes event center and outdoor deck 

  • Mon. – Thu.: $1,200 (Oct. – April) / $2,000 (May – Sep.) 
  • Fri. and Sun.: $1,600 (Oct. – April) / $3,000 (May – Sep.) 
  • Sat.: $2,000 (Oct. – April) / $4,000 (May – Sep.)

Hourly Rentals 


Three-hour minimum 

  • Event Center: $125/hour 
  • Conference Room: $125/hour 
  • Outdoor Deck: $100/hour

  • Tables and chairs for up to 110 guests, arranged to your layout 
  • Built-in audio and visual equipment 
  • Standard cleaning services 
  • On-site parking 

  • Outside food is permitted or use a preferred caterer 
  • Beer and wine allowed with a licensed caterer 

  • Optional coordination of linens and rentals 
  • Third-party rentals available with a 10% administrative fee
