Everyone loves the baker. Spend less than a year with us, and that baker will be you. Master basic and advanced techniques to create cakes, pastries, bread, and more. Expert EICC instructors, state-of-the-art equipment, and a quick path to a career.

What You Learn in the Baking Certificate Program

There's a lot to learn before you open the oven. Kitchen safety and sanitation, the science of yeast, baking techniques, and more. You also learn the art of cake decorating. Want to build on these skills? Check out our Culinary Arts program.

What Can I Do With a Baking Certificate?

You can work at a corner bakery, commercial bakery, in grocery stores, and restaurants. You can expand your role, too. Many bakers supervise and hire other workers, train new staff, budget, order supplies, and serve customers.
