Turn Up the Heat

Located on the SCC main campus, the Culinary Arts Center is a contemporary 10,000 square-foot facility. Since launching the program in 1991, the college has been a force in shaping the careers of countless culinary professionals. 

Inside, get an up-close culinary education in our instructional lab, complete with top-of-the-line stovetops and ovens. Television monitors provide a glimpse of every angle of instruction, too. Need more baking know-how? Learn in the dedicated baking lab, equipped with butcher block tables and ovens that will harness your inner pastry artist.

Outside, discover our brand-new patio. Spacious prep areas, a woodfire pizza oven, meat smoker, and commercial grills take your culinary education to the next level. For an extra touch of freshness, turn to the herb garden and add a pinch of green to your creations.
