Industrial Technology Center
The Muscatine Industrial Technology Center is a state-of-the-art facility. Located on the MCC main campus, it was designed to train the manufacturing workers of today and tomorrow.
Study here and you'll use the same mills and lathes used in manufacturing today. There's also a welding lab and space for hands-on instruction in engineering technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, programmable logic control, and robotics.
With flexible schedules and cutting-edge technology, we cater to students and current industry needs. Earn a short-term certificate or a two-year associate's degree. We also develop customized training programs for local businesses.
The Muscatine Industrial Technology Center was possible thanks to the support of several local businesses, which helped MCC secure an Accelerated Career Education grant from the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
Those companies include: The HON Company, Allsteel, Bandag, Grain Processing Corp, Monsanto, Carver Pump, BT Prime Mover, HJ Heinz, and Musco Sports Lighting.
