Admission | Badge Types
There will be a limited amount of each admission type, reserve your spot now.
Each admission badge will get each attendee in for Friday and Saturday at the convention.
Badges go on sale on September 2, 2025.
This will be our free admission ticket to the EICC Gaming Convention. With this admission, you will be able to start signing up for events on March 30.
Show your support for the convention with this $2 admission badge. With this admission, you will be able to start signing up for events on March 23.
Show your extra special support for the convention with this $35 admission badge. You must purchase this badge by March 15, 2026. This badge will come with a variety of awesome treasures:
- An EICC Gaming Convention t-shirt. All t-shirts will be picked up during the convention.
- A special badge design
- 5 raffle tickets (the one free raffle ticket that everyone receives is within the 5 tickets)
- A chance to enter special raffles with prizes only VIG badge holders can win
- You will be able to sign up for events on March 16
Do you have a game that you would like to be play-tested by the community and/or other game designers? A game designer badge will reserve you a table and a spot in our playtesting designated room to display and teach your game.
Game Designer Admission Full Weekend Badge: $20
With this admission, you will be able to start signing up for events on March 23.
EICC Gaming Apparel
We will have EICC Gaming Convention apparel for 2026!
Show off your fantastic memories of the convention with a t-shirt! They will be available
for pre-order until March 15, 2026. All pre-ordered t-shirts will be picked up during the convention.
There will be a very limited amount of t-shirts to purchase on-site the day of the convention.

The EICC Gaming Convention will also have limited edition hoodies for purchase for
pre-order only until March 15, 2026. All pre-ordered hoodies will be picked up during the convention.
The hoodies will be also count as a sponsorship pledge. Your name or company will be shown on our website and on our TV screens throughout the convention dates.

Good Cause
One of the main goals of the EICC Gaming Convention is to raise food for our student food pantries. Each attendee will receive one free raffle ticket with their admission badge. If you bring in non-perishable goods to donate during the convention, you can receive a raffle ticket for each donated food item.
You can also pre-pay for raffle tickets in our Tabletop Events merch store or pay in cash on site the day of the convention to receive more raffle tickets for your chance to earn games and prizes.
Vendors
For the first time, the EICC Gaming Convention will host vendors! If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please email gamingconFREEEICC.
All vendors will be notified if they have been chosen by February 16, 2026.
Game Volunteers
The EICC Gaming Con is looking for game teachers to run board game events, RPG’s, and other special events. If you have an idea on what games and events you would like to host, please email gamingconFREEEICC. If you sign up and are accepted to run more than 4 hours of events, you will have special access to our volunteer lounge for snacks and food.

The CCC Gaming Guild Board Game Library will be able to check out games. Choose from
over 100 titles!
Dive into a world of strategy and entertainment with our extensive collection of board
games, including Catan, King of Tokyo, Descent, Munchkin, 7 Wonders, Exploding Kittens,
Dominion, Ticket to Ride, and many more.
Bring Your Own Board Games
Share your favorite games with fellow attendees by bringing along your own board games. Teach others, strategize, and enjoy the camaraderie of gaming together.

Parking
There are many free parking options at the Scott Community College Urban Campus. There is free, two-hour, on-street parking, including limited accessible spots. Or you can park for free on the top floor of the Harrison Parking Ramp (in the 300 block of West Second Street) and the Redstone Parking Ramp (100 block of West River Drive) with an Urban Campus parking permit. Get your parking permit from the Student Service Office on the first floor of the Urban Campus. Bring your license plate number.
