What is the EICC Gaming Convention?

EICC Gaming Convention is an annual convention that holds two main goals:

• Bring the community together through gaming
• Raise food for our district food shelters

The EICC Gaming Convention is a family-friendly, free event where the community can join in on the fun with board games, video games, role-playing games, and card games. You can bring your own games to play or join us in tournaments, our board gaming library, scheduled RPG and board game events, and more.

The EICC Gaming Convention holds a raffle throughout the event to raise food for our district food pantries. Each Attendee will receive one free raffle ticket. In addition, attendees can receive more raffle tickets for each non-perishable food item donated and/or through a specified money donation set each year.

• Over 300 people attend EICC Gaming Convention, and we keep growing each year

Get your Very Important Gamer Badge — $35

• You will receive a badge that states “Very Important Gamer” with your name pre-printed on the badge
• You will receive an EICC Gaming Convention 2026 T-shirt
• You will have your name added to the VIG slide in the community board game room
• You will receive two additional raffle tickets to the free raffle everyone receives, a total of three tickets. All three tickets will be in your VIG badge holder for you to use on the day of the convention on raffle prizes.
• You will be able to reserve events and their timeslots before the day of the convention.
• An EICC Gaming Convention staff member will email the VIG list starting on March 9 to reserve events for VIG badge holders. Event slots will be filled on a first to sign-up basis for VIG members. VIG sign reserved sign-ups will end on April 10. More specific directions will come out on how to sign-up for events in February.
