What You Learn in Agribusiness Management

Dive into the science of animal nutrition and feed. Learn about seed, fertilizer, and crop protection. At the same time, study agricultural business and management. You are challenged to explore all of the career possibilities and given that opportunity, too. Enjoy four paid internships.

What Can I do With an Agribusiness Management Degree? 

Work in a variety of roles. Manage an agricultural business, support sales and equipment. Work in Ag finance, marketing, production, or distribution. Sign on with a government agency, such as the Department of Agriculture, or with private companies in the food and Ag industry. Or, be an entrepreneur. Launch your own farming operation or food processing company.

$2,000 Scholarship

Full-time students in our Agriculture AAS programs may receive a $2,000 scholarship from the Muscatine Community College Foundation. And there’s no separate scholarship application to fill out. Scholarships are limited and subject to availability.

Join the National Professional Agricultural Student Organization (PAS). Competitive style learning and real-life application help you become a skilled professional prepared to work in all areas of agriculture. It is also a student-led organization, so you can build your leadership skills, too.
