West Liberty Center

The Regional Learning and Cultural Center, otherwise known as the West Liberty Center, is a partnership between EICC and West Liberty Area Economic Development (WeLead). Located in the city's historic downtown, the center was created from two former storefronts that were completely renovated.

The centers currently offers English Language Acquisition (ELA) courses. 

In addition, the building houses the Small Business Development Center, Iowa State University Extension.
