Join the Celebration!
Community College Month is the perfect time to experience the value of community college education firsthand. Coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees, this nationwide celebration highlights the many economic, academic, and equity advantages that community colleges provide. EICC is proud to join more than 1,000 institutions across the U.S. in recognizing the vital role of community colleges. These institutions offer higher education opportunities to students with the fewest resources and the greatest obstacles, serve as primary educators and certifiers for in-demand healthcare professionals, and provide the most affordable, high-quality postsecondary education. Community colleges are essential during and after economic downturns, serving the most demographically and socioeconomically diverse student populations while ensuring fair admissions for all. Most importantly, they stand as pillars of support for their communities in times of crisis.
