Muscatine Community College provides students with the highest quality housing, just
a few steps from their classrooms.
The Nyweide-Scott Hall student housing provides a pair of housing choices for students.
- Two Room Suite*** - Students get TWO rooms and their own bath. They can use one room
as their bedroom and the second as a study room, living area or a combination of both.
The rent is just $465 per month.
- Single Room - Students have their own single private room with plenty of area for
their bed, desk and belongings. They share a bathroom with one other roommate. The
rent is an even lower $387 per month.
***Subject to availability
In addition to the rooms, each unit includes a central living area and full kitchen. An onsite laundry area is also available for all students.
Living on campus offers a unique opportunity for active involvement in campus life. Muscatine Community College provides a wonderful variety of activities, clubs and organizations in which to get involved. Not only do these activities put a little more fun in life, they also develop invaluable skills and career-related experience.
