Bettendorf, Columbus Junction, and West Liberty.
English Language Learners can complete the online registration (Register Now link
at the top of this page) individually or at a group orientation.
ELA classes expand English communication skills for students who are not native English speakers. Classroom, small group and computer instruction are designed to promote reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Students learn about personal communication, conducting business, work-related communication, and civic engagement.
All EICC campuses offer non-credit ELA classes. The SCC campus also offers a credit option.
