Microcredentials for Business and Industry
More and more employers are looking for people with very specific job skills. Skills that are verified, proving the individual’s accomplishment.
That’s where Microcredentials come in. Microcredentials are short, narrowly focused programs of study recognizing learning and verifying your competency. Participants complete each section over a handful of weeks, and are required to demonstrate their understanding of the materials.
When completed, you receive a digital Microcredential you can display and include in your resume, proving your mastery of the content area.
This is a great opportunity for both working professionals and employers. Employees are recognized for their hard work, and companies can verify their competency in a specific skill set.
EICC has four microcredentials currently available, with others on the way:
- Frontline Leadership
- Leadership: Beyond Management
- Leadership: Conflict to Collaboration
- Leadership: Emotional Intelligence
- Manufacturing Management Certificate
