Strategic Planning Creation Committee

This committee is charged with facilitating the creation of the 2026-2029 strategic plan.   2. reviews past tactic plans, district data, current district initiatives, surveys, and best practices in strategic planning;
  3. creates themes with measurable SMART goals, budgets, and future champions of data;
  4. focuses on the HLC, third-party accreditations, higher education trends, employment trends, and state requirements when offering suggestions and edits.

This team will make recommendations to the following committees:

  • Leadership Council
  • Academic Leadership Council
  • Senior Leadership Team
  • Student Development Council

The Senior Leadership Team will have the final recommendations for the overall strategic plan.
