Help Shape the Future of EICC
RSVP for a Community ForumThrough these collaborative efforts, we will review collected data and feedback to identify key themes, set SMART goals, and outline actionable steps. Our committee members will champion these ideas, bringing them back to their respective departments and institutions for further refinement and collaboration.
Join us in this exciting journey as we work together to create a strategic plan that reflects our shared vision and aspirations.
Strategic Planning Creation Committee
This committee is charged with facilitating the creation of the 2026-2029 strategic plan. The committee will host sessions for faculty, staff, students, and the community to receive feedback about the future strategic plan. In addition, the committee will review data and feedback collected to create overall summaries and suggest overall themes, SMART goals, and additional actions. Moreover, the committee will champion, take back ideas and edits to their departments and institutions for feedback and collaboration.
This committee will review and suggest edits to the appropriate committees for the strategic plan that:
- brings a wide-range of stakeholder input and feedback;
- reviews past tactic plans, district data, current district initiatives, surveys, and best practices in strategic planning;
- creates themes with measurable SMART goals, budgets, and future champions of data;
- focuses on the HLC, third-party accreditations, higher education trends, employment trends, and state requirements when offering suggestions and edits.
This team will make recommendations to the following committees:
- Leadership Council
- Academic Leadership Council
- Senior Leadership Team
- Student Development Council
The Senior Leadership Team will have the final recommendations for the overall strategic plan.
The committee will stay within the state and HLC requirements for the strategic planning outline and best practices. Suggestions and edits will also reflect on the overall mission of EICC.
