International Programs
Whether you're an international student interested in studying in the United States, or a student from the United States interested in foreign travel, Eastern Iowa Community Colleges provide a wealth of opportunity.
Students from throughout the world journey to Eastern Iowa Community Colleges every year for their college experience. Choosing one of our three colleges makes good sense. International students experience the culture of another country, in a safe environment with a high quality of life. Housing costs and crime rates are much lower than in more urban cities and our central location means that major U.S. cities such as Chicago, Illinois. Minneapolis, Minnesota, and St. Louis, Missouri, are just four to six hours away.
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges offer international students a chance to practice
their English skills and improve their grades in preparation for upper-level work.
If you're a student looking for a chance to study abroad, EICC has several programs ranging from short-term to semester long trips overseas. Especially exciting is a new relationship between our Muscatine Community College campus and China, with our students already beginning to travel for study there.
