Dr. Steve Cravens is Director of TRIO Student Support Services at Scott Community College, where he leads federally funded programs that promote student persistence, graduation, and transfer. With more than 20 years of experience in K–12 and higher education, he has dedicated his career to expanding educational access and supporting student success, particularly for first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities. He is a strong advocate for equity, inclusion, and student achievement.

Dr. Chad Adero

Dr. Chad Adero is a higher education leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing student success, equity, retention, and academic support. He has held leadership positions at community colleges and universities across the country, most recently serving as Dean of Students at the Community College of Baltimore County. Dr. Adero is recognized for developing innovative, student-centered programs that improve access, persistence, and completion while fostering inclusive learning environments.
Angie Redmond

Angela (Angie) Redmond brings 29 years of higher education leadership experience, with expertise in student success, retention, enrollment management, concurrent enrollment partnerships, and academic advising. She currently serves as District Dean of Enrollment and Student Services for the Iowa Valley Community College District and is committed to helping students persist, graduate, and achieve their educational goals.
