Entrance Drainage Improvements

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Scott Community College- Main Campus, Riverdale, IA


Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for entrance drainage improvements at Scott Community College, 500 Belmont Road, Riverdale, Iowa.  This project is to provide construction of a bypass storm sewer line, pipe repairs, and erosion control improvements. 

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Scott Community College, 500 Belmont Rd, Bettendorf, IA 52722, Main building, Room 2406.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2022, at the Urban Campus, 101 West Third Street, Davenport, IA 52801.  Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time in room 116/117.

Plans and specifications will be available on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, and may be obtained from the Master Builders of Iowa online plan room website located at mbionline.com, or from the Engineer, RTM Engineering Consultants (previously J+M Civil Design), located at 5137 Utica Ridge Road, Davenport.  Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Engineer by calling 563-726-6310 or emailing the project engineer, Bryce Johnson, at Bryce.johnson@jrtmec.com. Paper sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Engineer with a 48-hour notice and require a deposit of $100.00. Deposits will be returned for Bidding Documents delivered to the Engineer’s office within 14 days of the bid opening in good and reusable condition.
