Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its Scott Community College, HSET Privacy Fence Project, 500 Belmont Road, Iowa. This project is to provide and install a 7’-0” tall privacy (slats) chain link fence in two (2) areas on the Scott Community College campus. Area 1 is to provide and install the chain link privacy (slats) fence to develop a 60’ x 60’ enclosure with two (2) -7’-0” T x 10’-0” L chain link gates with locking hardware per the fencing project site plans and technical specifications. Area 2 is to provide and install a 7’-0” T x +/- 290’-0” chain link privacy fence per the fencing project site plans and technical specifications. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held onsite, outside the SCC Auto/Maintenance Storage Building at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Friday May 10, 2019, at the Office of the Dean of Operations, Rm. #2400, Scott Community College, 500 Belmont Road, Bettendorf, Iowa 52722. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. There is a $25.00 deposit for each plan set. Blong Technology Center Carpet Replacement Project


Eastern Iowa Community Colleges – Scott Community College, Blong Technology Center Carpet Replacement Project, Davenport, Iowa.Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its Scott Community College, Blong Technology Center Carpet Replacement Project, 8500 Hillandale Road, Davenport, Iowa. This project includes the removal and disposal of all of the existing Carpeting (+/- 20,000Sq. Ft.) and 4” Vinyl Wall Base (+/- 2,700 Lineal Ft.) from all of the affected rooms and areas per the flooring plan. Complete all floor and wall preparation per manufacturers recommended installation specifications for new Carpet tile and 4” Vinyl Wall Base installation. Removal of all furniture in preparation of Carpet and Vinyl Wall Base removal and replacement of furniture after installation is complete. (The owner will be responsible for the removal and re-installation of all technology equipment). Provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools and labor for the installation of the new 2’x2’ Shaw Philadelphia Commercial Carpet Tile and new 4” Vinyl Wall Base per the plans and specifications provided. Clean up of all areas upon completion. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held onsite at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
