I have loved every minute of working in higher education. I have worked in advising
at a 4-year school for 11 years and learned a lot of the background that I feel informs
my work with students today. In every position, I have loved watching students evolve
and grow into very strong and accomplished professionals. While I don’t do the work
for students, I know that using my background knowledge and expertise has led to great
success for each person with whom I have worked.
I am an “empty-nester” with my husband and we enjoy our lives together as we have
grown together. Our daughter is an actress living in New York City and I spend my
vacation time following her on national tours and other performances in New York.
She is not a household name, but she is very committed to her career. During the
pandemic, she has been working as a college coach, assisting students in gaining access
to schools by providing tutoring, writing assistance and consultation as they journey
through the path to college. She loves this work as well.
Looking forward to working with all my current and prospective students!
