- TRIO Students
I was born in Sterling, IL and have lived in the Quad Cities since I was three. I’m a first-generation college student and am familiar with the unfamiliar feeling of college, which is why I enjoy working in TRIO so much. I also have experience teaching business courses through Scott Community College. I believe it’s an honor to be available to support and encourage our students, and it is a huge reward to see them reach their goals.
I love the outdoors, watching sports, listening to music, reading, eating Chipotle, and bulldogs. I completed my Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration degree at St. Ambrose University. Currently, I am enrolled at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies. I also lead a men’s Bible study at the Rock Island County Jail. I believe time is best spent with others; to care for and grow with.
