Students gathered in a group looking at a laptopMaybe you took a semester off to focus on family or maybe you’ve been busy working.

Maybe you just weren’t sure what you wanted to do or were worried about the cost of college…

Whatever your reason for taking a break from classes, we can help you restart your journey and get you where you want to go.

In addition to the many EICC  advantages you’re already aware of, like our 30+ career-based programs, Associate’s Degrees offering seamless transfer, competitive tuition and faculty/staff who care about your personal success – we have a few new reasons to come back:

Iowa’s Last Dollar Scholarship can pay for your tuition! Beginning in the fall of 2019, the State of Iowa will pay for your remaining tuition balance if you are enrolled in one of many different career technology programs. That’s right, the State of Iowa will pay your remaining tuition, whatever is left after applying any grants or scholarships you might receive. More than 30 of our career programs are included so there’s plenty from which to choose

Urban Campus Scholarships offer up to $1,000 per semester for qualifying students taking classes at our new Scott Community College Urban Campus in downtown Davenport.

New programs like Turf and Landscape Management and Medical Assistant.

New transfer agreements, including partnerships with Bellevue University and Purdue Global, both of which offer online Bachelor’s Degrees, making it easier for you to continue your education while balancing other priorities.

The list goes on….nursing lab renovations, recently installed technology and more.

What you need to know is that we have a variety of options to help you succeed! We encourage you to schedule a visit with an advisor at the college nearest you to discuss class options and finish what you started.

Fall classes start August 26, so don’t wait!
