Governor’s Cyber Challenge Provides Opportunity for Scholarships

All EICC students are invited and encouraged to participate in the Governor’s Cyber-Fasttrack Challenge. A degree specialty in Cybersecurity or Information Technology is not required to enter into this educational program that is sponsored in part by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds. Students enter the program and through online challenges, quizzes, exams, and tutorials, will learn disciplines such as: Forensics, Intrusion detection, Security operations, System and network penetration testing, and Application penetration testing. Each new module is more difficult than those before it. Students have the opportunity to earn scholarships and internships through this program.
