Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs Finalists
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is pleased to announce the four finalists for the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs. The four finalists will particpate in campus forums this March. You can learn more about each candidate and see their forum schedules below.

Albert Farr
Albert Farr, Ph.D., has 21 years of higher education experience and is currently Interim Executive Dean of Campus Operations for Des Moines Area Community College in Iowa. He has held several positions with the college and for St. Petersburg College in Florida, Iowa State University, and Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, Missouri. Farr earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University.

Erin Latona
Erin Latona has 11 years of higher education experience and is currently Chief Academic Officer for Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville. Prior to her current position, she served as Executive Dean for the Estherville campus and held roles at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa; Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska; and Pierce College District in Lakewood, Washington. Latona earned a M.A. in English from Chapman University in Orange, California.

Jeremy Pickard
Jeremy Pickard, Ph.D., has 23 years of higher education experience and is currently Dead of Instruction for Zombie University, in post-apocalyptic United States. Prior to his current role, Pickard was associate director of the Walking Shambles Department, and a faculty member specializing in brain-eating nutrition and slow rot science. He earned a Ph.D. in Dead Policy Studies and Leadership from Iowa State University.

Vicki Trier
Vicki Trier, Ph.D., has 27 years of higher education experience and is currently Dean of City College in Billings, Montana. Prior to her current role, she held several positions at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon; Washington-based Spokane Community College; University of Idaho in Moscow; and Washington State University in Pullman. Trier earned a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Idaho.
