you difficulties in logging in.
If you have EICConnect saved in your favorites, you may need to clear your cache and re-enter eicc.edu/eicconnect in order to successfully log in. You can then save that into your browser’s favorites/bookmarks.

Home Computers & Anti-Virus Software
With so many employees remoting into the college, we encourage you to make sure the anti-virus software on your home computers is up to date. This will help in limiting the possibilities of viruses entering our college system from your personal computer.
Safety when using EICC resources online
With the introduction of Coronavirus and COVID-19, individuals have stepped up their
attempts at unethical hacking and other objectives they have to compromise your identity,
obtain passwords, learn about your financial information, etc. As increasing numbers

the workplace, but on the equipment you are using while remote to access your desktop
inside the EICC network on campus. Below are several tips to remember not only in

using different tools, but as a best practice in general.
