Biology/Human Anatomy and Physiology Instructor
Scott Community Colleges is seeking a FT. Biology/Human Anatomy and Physiology Instructor (204 Day Contract)
Under the direction of the Dean of Instruction this position will be responsible for:
- Responsible for teaching courses and assessing learning outcomes in Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Nutrition. Assignments may include alternative delivery methods, evening courses, and multiple sites. Must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service. Must demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the community college.
- A Master’s degree in Biology, a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in biology or related disciplines, or an advanced degree to practice medicine. Coursework must provide a foundation for teaching courses in general biology, human anatomy and physiology, and nutrition. Experience teaching at a community college is preferred.
