Office Coordinator

Muscatine Community College is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator.

Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Adult Education & Dean of Student Development, this position will be responsible for:

Responsible for the coordination of the student intake process and the collection, management, quality control, and reporting of ABE/HSE/ESL (Adult Basic Education, High School Equivalency, and English Language Acquisition) data. Provides support services for Continuing Education students, instructors, and program staff, additionally, support services for Student Services..

Qualifications will include:

  • Associated degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of related business office/data entry/recordkeeping, and customer service job experience required.
  • Must have excellent computer skills to include data base management and Microsoft office suite.
  • Must possess and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, students, and members of the community.
  • Should possess the skills and behavior necessary to work independently with minimal
