Maintenance Supervisor

Muscatine Community Collge is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor.


Under the direction of the MCC Campus President, this position will be responsible for; planning, organizing, and supervising the maintenance and operation of the physical plant of the college, including custodial, grounds keeping, HVAC, and maintenance operations. Performs maintenance and/or custodial duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must perform maintenance and/or custodial duties as needed and work with contractors to keep the college facilities and grounds in working order.  
  • Minimum two years relevant experience and a demonstrated supervisory ability.  
  • Relevant associate degree preferred. 
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be physically capable of performing assigned duties.
