IT Part-time Temporary Help

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is seeking part-time student workers to help move IT equipment. The job will last 3 weeks, up to 30 hours per week at $15 per hour.

Work will take place on the Clinton and Muscatine campuses.

Under the direction of the EICC IT department, the positions will be responsible for;

  • Assisting with IT equipment moving and setup to new buildings on campus.
  • Experience configuring or supporting technology is preferred, not required.
  • Flexible scheduling.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, crawl, stoop, etc.
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking are necessary.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
