
ERP Programmer
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time ERP Programmer.
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Information Technology, this position will be responsible for:
- The maintenance, development, testing and implementation of EICC’s ERP, Ethos and
CRM customizations. Responsibilities include developing, troubleshooting and updating
customizations, software application interfaces, forms development, and their maintenance
for Ellucian Colleague, Ethos, CRM Recruit, CREATEFORMS, and other scripting and miscellaneous
application interface needs including trouble shooting, software development and management
of scripting tools necessary to enable multi-site functionality and management of
middleware products used to exchange data between systems. Reports to and provides
technical assistance and consulting to the Associate Director of Information systems
in keeping the EICC ERP, Ethos, CRM Recruit and CREATEFORMS systems technologies current
with high-level performance. May be assigned instructional duties.
Qualifications will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must have working knowledge of ERP and/or SIS systems, preferably Ellucian Colleague, Ethos, CRM Recruit and multiple application languages, Ellucian EBSL, Colleague Studio, Bottomline’s CREATEFORMS and development tools.
- Must have working knowledge of API’s, development of is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, programming standards and practices along with computer literacy skills required.
- Must be available for on-call responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague Studio, Ellucian EBSL, Ellucian Ethos/ILP, Unidata database, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft AD, Window server operating systems and web services, C#, JSON, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, SFTP, PHP, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Office Applications desired.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Successful candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse workforce, student population, and external constituents.
- Must possess the attitude, knowledge, skills, and motivation necessary to provide quality service that meets or exceeds the expectations of internal and external customers.
