Campus Operations Specialist - CCC

Clinton Community College is seeking a full-time Campus Operations Specialist.


Under the direction of the Assc. Dir. of Business Services, this position will be responsible for:

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist administration and students by offering services and support, which will ultimately help students achieve academic and career success. Under minimal supervision, this position is accountable for processing, maintaining, and ensuring financial records within the Campus Business Office.  This includes but not limited to billings, collections, petty cash, financial reports, deposits, disbursements, and student accounts. The position will also be responsible for student/external customer interaction, problem-solving, and successfully facilitating resolution to service related issues and needs.

Qualifications will include:

  • Associates Degree required. Bachelor Degree preferred in Business, Accounting or related field.
  • Two or more years of related job experience required.
  • Must possess proven basic accounting skills
  • Must have ability to prioritize workload
  • Must possess and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, students, and members of the community.
  • Should possess the skills and behavior necessary to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess the ability to work as a part of a team, and the desire to work with a diverse population is required.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
