Anger Management: Youth/Parents

The Anger Management program is designed to teach personal skills to deal responsibly with stress and frustration. The need to acknowledge the consequences of behavior is also demonstrated. It focuses on cause and effect and teaches youth to recognize their personal warning signals when emotions become volatile. In this skill-based program individuals learn what they must do to avoid confrontational situations and how to manage their emotions and develop alternative behavioral responses. (Note: Youth must be between 12-18 years old)

Begins Tuesday, July 15
