There is so much to do outside of class. Join EICC student clubs and organizations. Sharpen your teamwork and leadership skills. Organize and host an event. Give a speech and support your classmates. Meet local employers and work on cool projects. Or just meet for some conversation and laughs.

This is how you build memories and lifelong friendships. This is how you learn more about the world, yourself, and what comes next.

And, it looks great on a resume.

Clubs and organizations available on each of our campuses

Fine Arts Club: Do you have an artistic soul? Join our club. We promote the talents of our college community, and put those on display in different venues, including open house events and art shows.
Gaming Guild: Enjoy some friendly competition. We host open gaming nights twice a month and special events throughout the semester. If you are interested in tabletop gaming, or roleplaying games such as Dungeons and Dragons, the Gaming Club is perfect for you. Membership is open to all students. Feel free to bring non-student friends to our events.
LGBTQ+ Club: We work to create a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment for all students, inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities. If you’re interested, please join. If you have questions, or want to join but can’t make a meeting, contact club advisors.

Nursing Club: If you're a pre-nursing freshman or sophomore, here's a chance to get to know your peers and future profession. We organize meetings, attend conferences, workshops, and take field trips related to nursing and health care. Membership is open to all pre-nursing and nursing students.
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK): PTK is the International Honor Society for two-year colleges. Complete at least 12 credit hours and achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher, and you'll be invited to join. Members can apply for a PTK transfer scholarship and enjoy some intellectual and personal development through programs focused on scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship. RISE: Retention Initiative with Support & Encouragement, or RISE, provides encouragement and supports for students to achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals at Clinton Community College and beyond.
Student Ambassadors: Be a leader on campus and in our community. Be a Student Ambassador. Start as early as your first semester. You get to guide campus tours, assist with college marketing activities, and develop your leadership and public speaking skills.
Student Senate: Make a difference as a member of Student Senate. Help plan, coordinate, and direct a variety of events and activities throughout the year. Our active organization provides students with positive and fun experiences on- and off- campus. Senators attend workshops and conferences throughout the state promoting our college and get valuable networking opportunities. Watch for your monthly calendar, which highlights all the upcoming activities and events on campus.
Super Awesomeness Club: Everyone is awesome and has something to share with the club. We are a band of misfits who welcome any skill a person has. You bring it; we will find a way to make it better. Everyone is welcome! We currently have 92 students in our club. We want everyone in our awesome club. All backgrounds, we want you! If we were all the same the world would be boring. Stop saying why you can’t! Lets do what we can.

Ag Tech Club: Enrolled full-time in the Farm Management program? Join Ag Tech Club. Our organization helps you develop leadership skills and promotes a better understanding of agricultural production, economics, current events, and related lines of agricultural work. You get to participate in state and National Professional Agricultural Student Organization activities and career building skill assessments.

Alpha Mu Sigma: Our chapter of the Agricultural Marketing Society focuses on community needs and local projects, especially those tied to agriculture. At MCC, you get to prepare for a career in agriculture and the civic responsibilities that go with it. Fundraising, guest speaker presentations, networking within the industry, and weekly meetings are many of the activities in which each Alpha Mu Sigma member can participate.

Business Professionals of American (BPA): We are the leading Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for students pursuing careers in finance, management, marketing, information systems, and other business-related fields. We are laser-focused on your professional development, providing the tools, skills, and experiences needed to compete, succeed, and thrive in the business world. BPA has more than 45,000 members in over 1,800 chapters in 25 states and Puerto Rico, as well as an international presence in China, Haiti, and Peru.

CRU: CRU strengthens and unites students on their spiritual journey with Christ. Within the nationwide theme, “Let’s Journey Together,” we bring students together to grow in their faith through Bible study, fellowship, and activities. LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens): LULAC is the nation's largest and oldest civil rights organization. Join us in empowering Hispanic Americans and building strong Latino communities through programs, services, and advocacy. We volunteer with youth, further access to education, celebrate Latin culture, embrace diversity, and strive for social justice. Members have opportunities to develop personally, professionally, and make a difference in their community.

Horticulture Club: The MCC Horticulture Club is dedicated to expanding the horticultural interests of its members. The members dedicate their time to enhancing the beauty and biodiversity of the campus and community. Students will participate in local and national horticulture related conferences and competitions. Membership is restricted to students enrolled in a horticulture class.

MCC Silver & Blue: The MCC Silver & Blue Volunteer Program serves people facing challenges in our community. Be a student volunteer, complete 80 hours of public service over the course of an academic year, and earn the Silver/Blue Cord Award. Our program is an extension of the United Way of Muscatine’s Volunteer Solutions Program.

MCC Young Democrats Organization: Our mission is to elect Democrats, advocate for progressive issues, train the next generation of progressive leaders, and be the voice of Democrats on campus.

MORGA: We are a recreational gaming club focused on pop culture pastimes. We gather to watch movies, anime, and play video and tabletop games. No agenda. No fundraising. Spend a couple of hours each week relaxing and doing something fun.

Student Veterans Association (SVA): We host activities including a Veteran’s Day ceremony, collections of care packages/cards for deployed military, informational events and activities with Veterans from other local colleges/universities, and fundraising. We encourage mentorship and community within the military/veteran student population at MCC.

Theatre: Participate in the exciting art of theatre. The Bob Roach Little Theatre stages a production each semester and auditions are open to all students. Or, you can work backstage in costuming, designing, lighting, makeup, props, publicity, set construction, painting, and box office. No experience is necessary. You will make friends, have fun, and develop valuable skills all at the same time.

ASL Interpreter Club: If you are enrolled in the Interpreter Training Program, become a member.
